Going Through many bloggs...I realized that the whole Picture is not There...as the most R studentes and talk from Their View,,we all Know...The Hole Truth has many sides...Standing in one corner does not Allow us 2 C the whole Image....so I try 2 correct what I can ...as I am participating all my live In this field as a student , then as an assistant ...and lecturer..
students Complain..about Education....and so do I ....But 4 different Reasons...
In Each of the advanced states...the budjets of The eduacation and the health comes 1st...as those R the Key sectores ,leading the whole society ....Comparing 2 us...the Picture is Depressive..as the Priorety her is 4 .....+....+.....+............ ( we all Know)
about Students( I speak about University Level)...I ask students...do U think that U deserve 2 join High Education? ! R U qualified 2 B in Universities ??!!! what have U read in Ur life Outside those private Lessons( questions and answeres)..
as the university education ..is in reality the Top of the ice mountain.....so If we want 2 fix it ,we must fixe university stages..
when U give me a good material ..I can Produce a good Product ...but U can not give me a piece Of Trash and ask me 2 produce a Mercedes..
the fact that I lived...ouside and Inside....( In Germany)...they R Not Pionic People ...all what they Have is a SESTEM....they join education and follow a system from KG 2 University ..this System is designed 2 produce Creative Characters..and graduates who have a sum of knowlege 2 participate in Practical life....and so the majority graduate according 2 this system....
looking 2 us...what is the system we have????
so our High school Graduates( Our Students) ..R mostly Ignorants...and the ones who R very Good...achieve that as They R Brilliants...and gifted not as they had good education..
I am not supposed 2 learn the University student how 2 write....ya...the most can not write Correct language( alphabitically)..and the worest time a year is the time of Correcting the Exams Papers...as U Find Crises....
Our Students go 2 university ..putting one main porpose...Knowing the Other Race ,,and so....
Converstaions R so low level...about football...Cinema...Relations....( so Low) and standardes Of Politeness ..is going so Deep....all can C that...
so what can a university Lecturer do withen this Climate...
1st ...allow me 2 Introduce that Creature 2 u ...The University Teaching Member.....He is one spent his Life 2 B the 1st,,,after Achieving that goal ...and if Choosen 2 B assistant...( The Cream of The Cream) does He get what He deserves,,,??
He gets about 600 Pounds a Month...2 Live and buy Books and materials..and 2 a complish his Thesis.....2 marry ( as other human tend 2 do)...and 2 forget ..social Issues,,,as He must study 2 finish his master in a definded time...
while his Colleague who graduated with Pass while can Not even write ( But Have wasta) is naw working as Judge...Or In Petroleum..or ...or ...gaining 1000sss...and not asked 2 study further ...have their Time 2 do what they want ...after work houres..we Know that no job can B obtained without wasta ..in any sector ...a fact we all know..Except 4 Universities,,,as this is the Only Left sectores that takes only The best ..and The Exceptions R so Low ( and in Cerrtain faculties)....
so this Teaching stuff...is the one spending all his Life Learning , Studying and teaching...get no ..appreciation neither Maerial nor ....( Except 4 the ones who join the National party).
we can talk more about the lack Of equibments...and the bad climate of work...and the idiot stereotypes that media presentes..about that category ......while any writer Or Scienarist.....can not Creticise a Police Officer of any Rank...( we R the egyptions inherted 2 worshop the ones , can harm us ...{snakes and crocodiles..} not the ones who deserve 2 B Respected...
so Both Complain,,,students and Member stuff....and 2 Repair that error ..we must Improve the Level Of schools..by rising The leveles Of Teacheres and Making special exams 4 the ones want 2 go on the Teaching career,,,and those ones should B then highly evaluated,,
More Budget 4 education is the key word 4 any start...the civil sector must share in that ( al zakah) can B oriented 2 that and so..
finally ...The enhacement of the University structures.....and this will B aspecial subject I will try 2 write in a time...
